Can I buy generic brand prescriptions even though my doctor prescribed me a brand name medication?
Yes, Prescriptions are routinely filled with generic equivalent, When available. Although, Physicians have the option of not allowing generic substitution.  Please keep in mind that not all medications are available as a generic.
How do I refill or order new prescriptions?
Refills on prescription can be requested by phone. We also can set you up with auto-refill, Where we refill your routine medications when your current supply is about to run out. All new prescriptions must come from the prescriber (written, electronically, faxed or by phone).
Will my insurance cover any prescription medicine I purchase?
No, Most prescription insurance operate with a "Formulary," Which is list of medications they cover. It is a good idea to take a copy of the formulary to your physician appointments so they can check if a medication will be covered before prescribing.
